Matchbox TV's bespoke service is run by company founder Rufus Roubicek who manages an experienced team of creative and technical professionals and partners hand-picked for each project.  Rufus has over twenty years experience as a producer for ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky across a range of shows.
